Postage Prices

For orders be to delivered within the UK the following postage and packing charges apply:

Orders < £100 = £5
Orders > £100 = FREE

For orders to be delivered within the EU, the following postage & packing charges apply:

Orders < £100 = £8
Orders > £100 = FREE

For international orders outside of the EU, please e-mail prior to purchase and delivery will be charged at cost.

Delivery

Where items are in stock we aim to deliver within 7 days.

If any products are out of stock, we will contact you within 2 working days and advise you of a delivery time.

Returns

If any products are delivered incorrectly, or are damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days to arrange their return. Products will need to be returned with all of their original packaging.

If you feel you need to return a product for any other reason, please contact us to discuss.

Prescription Products

Prescription Only products can only be purchased by current patients of the Hurlingham Clinic. Clients must have been to see one of our doctors within the last year and be on a prescribed treatment programme.

Products will only be delivered to the address held on the client's records. If any other delivery address is requested, we will contact you to confirm your identity and the delivery address. Please ensure you provide all of your contact details to help us contact you quickly.
