FRAXEL LASER

We are constantly looking for ways to help our patients find the latest and best solutions to the many concerns we all face as time passes. The Hurlingham Clinic & Spa is one of the first clinics in London to introduce the new generation Fraxel Laser the best and latest innovation in skin rejuvenation.
Fraxel Laser restores the skin by producing thousands of tiny microscopic laser spots to carefully eliminate old epidermal pigmented cells deep within the dermis. The fractional process allows the skin to rejuvenate much faster using the body’s natural healing process to create new healthy and tighter tissue and replace skin imperfections.
Fraxel laser can be used on visible areas including the face, neck, chest and hands. The procedure involves having a topical local anaesthetic applied 60 minutes before the treatment takes place. The treatment takes around one hour and patients may look slightly red and swollen for two to three days. As the new collagen pumped cells replace the dead tissue, skin has an even tone becomes plumper, smoother and less lined. Up to three treatments are recommended and results are amazing.
MACROLANE

Macrolane is a safe and simple injection treatment which restores the skin's natural tone and volume. Developed by the company that created Restylane, a widely used facial filler, Macrolane does the same for areas of the body such as breasts and buttocks, adding volume and shape. Macrolane is a man made version of a substance your body produces to fill out skin and lubricate joints. Because of this, your body naturally biodegrades the gel over time but it is formulated to give noticeable results for at least a year to 18 months (results may vary from patient to patient). Hurlingham Clinic’s Aesthetic Doctor, Marc Armangue has perfected a technique for reshaping the nose using injectable fillers.
The nose is the first facial feature other people notice, mainly because it is in the middle of the face and always exposed. People turn to rhinoplasty not only to change their nose but the appearance of their entire face, and rhinoplasty targets a wide array of concerns.

INVERTED NIPPLES
UNIQUE METHOD CREATED BY JESPER SORENSEN TO REPAIR INVERTED NIPPLES...
It is a well known condition and there are several ways to overcome the problem. Most methods depend on creating small skin flaps that can be folded - in order to create a new projecting nipple, other methods use loop sutures inside the nipple in order to hold the retracted nipple in a erect position. The method used by Mr Sorensen is different relying on high precision optical magnification (microsurgery) that allows the surgeon to identify structures within the nipple. The structures that retract the nipple are divided (the connective tissues) while leaving the beneficial and functional structures (such as nerves and milk ducts) intact. The method does not involve formation of skin flaps - and subsequently the patient will experience less scaring - sometimes the scaring will be so well concealed that it is invisible.
