SPORTS MASSAGE

An individually tailored deep tissue massage that uses specific techniques to treat the stress, tension and fatigue that occurs through occupational, recreational or sporting activities.

REFLEXOLOGY

A wonderfully relaxing alternative therapy that re-balances energy in the body by using pressure points on the foot.

Using the zone theory, all parts of the body are said to be reflected in the feet and stimulating relevant areas is said to influence their corresponding organs and systems. Because the big toe represents the head and neck, for example, working in this area will relieve tension and migraines.

Reflexology has shown to be very effective for stress, pmt, insomnia, digestive disorders and hormonal imbalances. Although one session will be beneficial, if you have a specific problem a course of six will be the most effective.
