Sedentary work, car travel, watching television - physical inactivity is built into so much of modern life. If you long to improve your fitness but can't find the time or a method that works, a tailor-made exercise regime designed by the Hurlingham Clinic and Spa's Exercise Consultant may be ideal for you.

Louise Maynard has seven years experience as a Personal Trainer and can quote many case histories where her knowledge, motivational skill and individual approach has worked for clients in both London and Hong Kong.

Louise offers:

FOR GENERAL FITNESS

1) A two hour one-to-one consultation which will include:

  • a full fitness assessment
  • an individual nutritional plan
  • an exercise programme.
2) 30 minute follow-up consultations fortnightly or monthly to check on progress.

FOR PRE/POST SURGERY & RECOVERY AFTER INJURY

Special dietary and exercise programmes tailored to the aesthetic surgery (eg liposuction to improve body contours) or to the injury (eg leg fracture).

The programme will be completely within your capabilities and - provided you follow both the exercise and dietary guidance - it will enable you to improve your fitness, appearance and general health as quickly as possible. Consistency over time is what counts and Louise's unique ability to motivate and encourage is a great help in reaching personal goals.
