If your natural health is out of balance the chances are you will suffer from a combination of physical and emotional health problems - fatigue being the most universal.
If you have an ongoing emotional problem, this will generate constant anxiety and stress, leading to a decline in your physical health and this makes it even harder for you to deal with anything emotional. Similarly if you have continually low levels of energy or a physical health condition, then you are more likely to suffer from emotional imbalances, making life seem even less pleasurable.
One of the biggest problems of a physical or emotional imbalance is the lack of control the sufferer feels. Often one's condition cannot be diagnosed effectively, making it harder to treat and this leads to feelings of insecurity, helplessness and fear as no answer or resolution appears obvious.
